On the invitation of the Punjab Police, a delegation led by Mr. Tan Yongsheng, Deputy Director General of Public Security Department of Jiangsu Province, paid a visit to Punjab from 26th to 29th November.

     During the visit, the delegation called on Governor Punjab H.E. Baligh Ur Rehman, Chief Minister Punjab H.E. Mohsin Naqvi and Chief Secretary Punjab Zahid Akhtar Zaman, held talks with Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar, and visited Punjab Counter Terrorism Department, Special Protection Unit, and Punjab Safe Cities Authority and etc.. Both sides exchanged views on strengthening police cooperation between the two provinces.

    Consul General Zhao Shiren met with the delegation at the Consulate General. Deputy Consul General Cao Ke and Police Counselor Li Qingchun from the Chinese Embassy accompanied the delegation in some activities.
