As per the latest policy of COVID-19, Health Declaration Code (HDC / GREEN code) application requirements are adjusted as follows:

All foreign passengers from Lahore to China via a third country are required to upload documents through the portal:

http://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/.

Details are as follows: 

I. Testing requirements and laboratories

Take 1 PCR test within 48 hours before boarding at any legal laboratory as per NIH approved. The result of the test should be negative and verifiable.

II. Passengers taking international transit flights shall take 1 PCR test either at the origin or transit country within 48 hours before departure to China. During transit process, the valid HDC should be presented during check-in and boarding. Passengers departing from Lahore to China via Islamabad shall apply for the HDC code at Chinese Embassy in Pakistan.

III. No extra tests are required for passengers who were previously infected, close contact, or with suspected symptoms. All passengers can apply for HDC with 1 negative PCR test result within 48 hours before departure to China.

C. Fully vaccination certificate

D. PCR negative report within 48hrs (mandatory) 

E. Itinerary

(2) Time limit for submitting documents for HDC code on the flight date: 

No more than 6 hours before the flight departure time.

IV. Tips for application

(1) All the passengers are required to provide true, accurate and complete documents and need to be aware of the legal consequences in the case of partial or false disclosures.

The present notice will come into force from its release. In  case any discrepancy  exists between the previous notifications and the present notice,  the latter shall prevail.
