On October 15, 2022, Deputy Consul General Cao Ke was invited to attend the inauguration ceremony of the Qilu Cultural Experience Exhibition. Ms. Cheng Xiaonong, President of Pakistan Shandong Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Luo Jianxue, President of Lahore Overseas Chinese Association, Mr. Gilani, Secretary General of Pakistan-China Friendship Association, and Consul General Zhao Shiren and Consul Yan Yang were also present.

Deputy Consul General Cao Ke, on behalf of the Consulate General, congratulated the official opening of the Qilu Cultural Experience Centre. He pointed out that Shandong, known as "Qilu" in ancient times, is an important birthplace of Chinese culture. The Shandong Chamber of Commerce, with the support of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Shandong Province, has set up the "Qilu Cultural Experience Centre" after several years of planning, adding a platform to promote Chinese culture and showcase the traditional style of Qilu in Punjab, which is conducive to enhancing Pakistani people's understanding of Shandong Province and promoting people-to-people contact between the two countries.

Cao Ke said that the 20th Party Congress is about to be held, which is a very important congress held at a critical moment when China is embarking on a new journey of building a socialist modern country in all aspects and achieving the second centenary goal, which will draw a new blueprint for China's development in the next five years and even a longer period, and inject new momentum to promote the building of a human community of a shared future. It is believed that the Congress will be a great success and will give a strong impetus to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and make the splendid Chinese culture shine even more brilliantly in the new era.

The Qilu Cultural Experience Centre is a public service dissemination platform built by Shandong Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs office, with joint efforts of the overseas Chinese cultural associations, Chinese language schools, Chinese educational institutions, overseas Chinese associations or foreign institutions. 10 exhibition halls have been set up across Asia, Europe, Africa, South America and the Oceania.
